Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Agent based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Field Marketing Agent will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, promoting Travel + Leisure Co.’s products and services, and generating leads for sales representatives. Day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating the benefits of vacation ownership, and representing the company at events or designated locations. The Field Marketing Agent will also assist in facilitating training and presentations to improve lead generation strategies and company visibility.
Qualifications
Experience in Field Service and Sales, with the ability to generate leads and meet goals
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and represent the brand positively
Ability to conduct Training sessions and educate team members effectively
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, including occasional evenings or weekends
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment
