Warner Bros. Studio Operations seeks an Event Specialist to support the Special Events department. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, innovative, and highly judgmental, able to manage the ideation, development, and implementation of internal and third‑party events that inspire and create memorable experiences. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include working with studio vendors and coordinating outside vendors to track orders, contracts, and ensure timely payment. Your Role Accountabilities
Lead coordination for all assigned events through event, install, and strike Manage event food and beverage, rentals, staffing, design, entertainment, security, and parking logistics Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu and create event layouts/diagrams Build revenue‑generating proposals for clients Procure and process all client event payments, including deposits Complete and submit cost sheets, tip sheets, pre‑event quotes, and post‑event invoices Reconcile event budgets post‑event, ensuring alignment with department profit goals Maintain internal stock inventories on a monthly basis Participate in weekly team meetings, report on the events portfolio, and prepare post‑event reports Attend client site visits and respond to phone, email, and web inquiries Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years’ experience as an Event Specialist or in a similar role, managing events with food & beverage, lighting design, audio, event design, and logistics Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage client relationships on a day‑to‑day basis Organized, detail‑oriented, and methodical work style Must be able to lift 50 lbs California Driver’s License Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required BA Degree preferred How We Get Things Done…
