Our client is looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and support initiatives on the Customer Life Cycle team that drive acquisition and activation across multiple Services at their organization. This role will focus on executing on-device and email campaigns that fuel growth through innovative marketing strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Key Qualifications

7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing, including strong hands-on work with email and in-app messaging campaigns

Strong project management and organizational skills, with a history of executing successful, multi-channel campaigns

Strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment and pop culture, able to bring fresh ideas to traditional and emerging marketing channels

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust, aligning expectations, and navigating a matrixed environment to move initiatives forward

Self-starter, multi-tasker

Ability to anticipate needs of the team and take initiative

Clear, strong communicator with excellent presentation, written and verbal skills

Well versed in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Word, Excel

Key Responsibilities

Drive acquisition and retention marketing through coordinated campaigns across email and in-app messaging, leveraging segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization

Manage timelines and workflows, keeping all stakeholders informed and on schedule through regular email updates and status meetings

Build and maintain campaign trackers and presentations for internal reporting and optimization

Anticipate team and campaign needs, proactively addressing gaps or roadblocks to ensure smooth execution and scalability

Accountable for communicating quickly with multiple partners should adjustments to creative or overall program need to be made

Work with appropriate Strategy and Creative leads to get title assets for partner needs.

Review all promotional materials (e.g. digital, social, talent rights, media) with internal teams (Strategy, Legal, Creative, Talent Relations, PR) and provide any feedback to partners

Manage communication with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Legal, etc.) throughout execution process to ensure all marketing assets are approved for partner use

Lead communication with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are approved and executed in accordance with campaign timeline

Gather and analyze post promotion metrics to measure success and identify key learnings to share out with internal teams

Work Scope
