The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of integrated brand initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, events, product marketing, and showroom operations. This role helps drive brand visibility and sales growth by sourcing creators and affiliates, supporting TikTok Shop strategy, coordinating trade shows and events, and assisting with photoshoots and campaign development. The Marketing Assistant also contributes to product marketing efforts, including style naming and packaging alignment—while maintaining organized tracking systems, presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, trend‑savvy, highly organized, and passionate about fashion and footwear marketing.
Job Responsibilities Develop brands' presence on social media
Source creators for various brand partnerships including seeding, paid promotions, and event marketing
Create seasonal product menus for each brand to support outreach to talent for seeding campaigns
Maintain database of creators/athletes/artists for potential campaigns
Assist with creating social media recaps after events highlighting reach/engagement
Assist with daily operations of TikTok Shop including reviewing seeding requests
Actively stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and provide input on how to expand presence across brands
Support trade shows and events
Assist with administrative tasks for trade shows and events i.e. ordering décor and furniture at direction of Sr. Marketing Manager
Assist with event operations ensuring run-of-show is on track
Maintain task lists to track progress ahead of events
Actively brainstorm creative ideas for new events and activations to drive brand growth
Support photoshoot and campaign development
Assist with ensuring Deliverables Matrix is completed by Sales team in order to identify styles for shot list and overall co-op marketing needs
Partner with Marketing Coordinator and Product team on sample coordination
Assist with styling, procuring wardrobe, creating outfit one‑sheets, and supporting on‑set
Manage prop and accessory procurement in partnership with Marketing Coordinator
Presentations
Support leadership team by creating and updating presentations for executive-level meetings
Support Data Insights and Product teams by assisting with market research presentations
Assist with product marketing
Assist with naming styles
Assign packaging to styles based on features, benefits, technology, etc.
Collaborate and brainstorm concepts for technology names
Showrooms
Partner with Marketing Coordinator and Sales Operations Assistant to refresh showroom displays and mannequins
Manage sample requests from licensors for their showrooms
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Associates degree in marketing, fashion, business, or a related field
0-2 years experience in fashion, brand, or social media marketing (internships acceptable)
Social media savvy and up-to-date on latest fashion trends
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop a plus
Rodeo/equestrian experience is a plus, but not required
Skills
Adaptable with strong problem‑solving skills
Friendly and well‑spoken; ability to communicate professionally with leadership and external partners
Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about fashion/footwear
Professional written communication (email, presentations, etc.)
