This is administrative services work in the promotion of lottery products through market expansion and the improvement of marketing processes. Responsibilities include overseeing all lottery products sold in the state of Maine to include the management of game development including price point, play style, themes and analyzing sales to make informed decisions. This position works with the Lottery Marketing Manager to assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns. Work is performed under limited supervision. Typical Duties

Assist Marketing Manager with advertising campaign development. Work with vendors to develop new instant products and implement draw games. Analyze game sales and report on results. Create sales reports for all products. Create sales presentations for review based on game sales analysis. Work with vendors to create appropriate advertising mediums including radio, TV, digital and social. Communicate with staff regarding all new games being released for sale to the public. Work with lottery vendor to test all new products prior to being released into production. Assist in the development of promotions, promotional materials and advertising. Required Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of marketing research and statistical methods and procedures. Knowledge of marketing principles. Knowledge of strategic planning. Ability to write clearly and effectively. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to develop effective marketing programs. Ability to gather and analyze market data, determine market trends, and prepare market analysis reports. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Minimum Qualifications

A six (6) year combination of education, experience, and/or training in business administration, marketing, sales, public relations, or directly related field. Application Instructions
