Job Description:
We’re looking for a versatile and collaborative
Visual Designer
to join our Marketing Creative Team on a part‑time contract basis. In this role, you’ll create compelling visual solutions that bring our client's brand and marketing strategy to life across digital and print platforms—including campaigns, product marketing, web, social media, and internal communications.
You’ll partner closely with art directors, copywriters, project managers, and product leads to develop concepts and deliver polished, high‑impact creative.
What You’ll Do
Develop visually compelling designs for
campaigns, product marketing, websites, social media, print materials, and presentations
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals while upholding brand standards
Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, PMs, and cross‑functional partners throughout the creative process
Contribute to creative concepting, layout design, and cross‑channel design solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
Work across both digital and print formats with strong attention to detail, typography, and visual hierarchy
Must‑Have Skills
Collaborative mindset
and ability to work closely with cross‑functional partners
Proficiency with design tools,
including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Strong visual design skills
with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and cross‑channel work
3+ years
of professional visual design experience
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communication streams
Strong attention to detail and visual problem‑solving abilities
Basic motion graphics capabilities
Photo editing and retouching experience
Understanding of
UX/UI principles
and working within design systems
Familiarity with brand systems, marketing workflows, and responsive digital design
