– Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist Salary: $52,000 per Year, plus a very generous productivity Bonus Structure.
Job Responsibilities
Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
Develop new referral sources in the community
Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources – daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
Pre‑plan weekly marketing activities and follow‑through
Event coordination and community liaison – participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
Job Qualifications
Prior experience in Home Health Care is recommended, but we will train the right individual
Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and MLTCs is a plus
Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must
