Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Licensed Funeral Director based in Bristol, Wisconsin. The Licensed Funeral Director will oversee the coordination of funeral services, including planning, embalming, and assisting families through all stages of the funeral process with sensitivity and professionalism. Additionally, the role involves managing logistical arrangements, maintaining compliance with legal and industry standards, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the diverse needs of families.
Qualifications
Experience in Embalming and working within Funeral Homes
Strong skills in Family Services and exceptional Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to empathize and support grieving families
Valid funeral director license and knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Knowledge of cultural and religious funeral customs is a plus
