Overview
Location – Charlotte or Raleigh, NC (5 days onsite) Duration: 6-14 Months (Full-time chances) Pay: $65/hr-$70/hr on W2 All Inc. Responsibilities
This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform. Play a key role in shaping the way communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution. Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease. Must Have
4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture. Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Requirement
Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
