Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Independent Contractor Real Estate Agents specializing in both residential and commercial properties. Based in Overland Park, KS, agents will have the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate; identifying and pursuing sales opportunities; and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License required to practice
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Experience in Sales and a results-driven mindset
Strong Customer Service skills and client relations expertise
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with real estate markets in Kansas City is a plus
Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is beneficial
