Overview
M+C Saatchi World Services is part of the M+C Saatchi Group, a global creative solutions company headquartered in the UK, with major hubs across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Guided by the belief that cutting-edge communications and technologies can change the world, we help our clients solve some of the world’s most complex challenges — operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and impact to shape narratives, influence behaviour, and deliver meaningful real-world outcomes.
About The Role
As an Assistant Account Executive at M+C Saatchi World Services, you’ll support the delivery of world-class strategic communications for clients tackling complex, high-stakes global challenges. From day one, you’ll be involved in the full campaign lifecycle, contributing ideas, supporting the development of materials, and ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards. You’ll be encouraged to build a point of view and grow quickly as part of an ambitious, collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Deliver with precision . Own timing plans and status reporting with confidence. Ensure immaculate formatting and presentation across all outputs, and coordinate meetings seamlessly so every session runs smoothly and purposefully.
Elevate every output . Constantly look for ways to strengthen the work – sharper decks, smarter formats, compelling mood boards, insightful vox pops. No idea is too big or too small if it improves the end result.
Fuel creative energy . Proactively source inspiration for your teams. Bring fresh inputs that unlock better thinking and help keep the creative momentum high.
Champion clarity . Produce clear, concise reports that distill complexity into actionable insight. Communicate thoughtfully and confidently, whether one-to-one or in a wider forum.
Engage with strategy . Take an active interest in the “why” behind the work. Develop a strong understanding of the strategic foundations and contribute your perspective with confidence and conviction.
Find your voice . Get passionate about the work. Develop a clear point of view and share it – we want your perspective to be heard and felt in the room!
About You You’re smart, organized, opinionated (in a good way), and ready to get stuck in. This is a hands-on role for someone curious, switched on, and eager to learn how smart communications can shape narratives, influence behaviour, and drive real-world impact. You’ll work closely with team members across strategy, creative, and media, helping turn complex issues into clear, compelling communications.
