Established 40-year company with a strong reputation across DFW Defined territory with existing homeowner, builder, and trade activity True sales role requiring proactive prospecting and territory development Commission-based compensation with a temporary income floor during ramp and qualifying low-volume periods Company vehicle provided after ramp Lambert’s Ironworks specializes in custom iron gates, fencing, and architectural ironwork. Nearly all work is designed, fabricated, and installed in-house, allowing for strong quality control and long-term customer relationships. What You’ll Do
Own and grow sales within a defined Southern DFW territory Proactively develop your territory through outreach, referrals, and relationship-building in addition to inbound opportunities Meet customers on-site, assess scope, and take accurate measurements Prepare clear, accurate estimates aligned with company standards Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and trade partners Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and deal status using our CRM Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoff Represent the Lambert’s brand with professionalism, responsiveness, and pride You will not be responsible for fabrication or installation — your focus is selling, estimating, and territory development. This is a field-based role. Success comes from initiative, consistency, and follow-through. What We’re Looking For
Experience in construction, building products, fencing, gates, or a related trade Sales experience preferred; strong field-facing candidates will be considered Comfortable prospecting and developing a territory independently Strong communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Compensation & Support
W-2 employee role with commission-based compensation and uncapped upside Temporary income floor during ramp and qualifying low-volume periods Commission rates vary by customer type Mileage and gas covered during ramp Company vehicle provided after onboarding CRM, estimating tools, and marketing support provided Structured ramp to learn products, pricing, and territory The pay range reflects performance — earnings increase with production and territory development.
