Hue & Hem is a curated boutique in Alpine, Utah, home goods, and design-forward furnishings. We blend local charm with elevated taste, helping customers create beautiful, personal spaces. We’re looking for a passionate Stylist to deliver warm, knowledgeable service and help grow our customer relationships.
What you’ll do
Provide an elevated, client-first experience in-store: greet customers, assess needs, and offer product and styling guidance
Introduce clients to our design services and collaborate with our design partner(s) to fulfill projects from consultation to delivery
Own the client journey: follow up leads, manage appointments, prepare proposals, and coordinate orders and deliveries
Maintain merchandising and visual standards to keep the shop inviting and on brand
Hit sales and client-growth goals while representing Hue & Hem’s aesthetic and values
Support local events, pop-ups, and seasonal promotions as needed
Who you are
Strong interpersonal skills — relationship-focused, professional, and personable
Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple client projects
Creative eye for merchandising and detail-oriented
Able to lift/move items up to ~25 lbs.; comfortable standing and moving around the shop
Driver’s license and ability to travel locally for deliveries or client visits preferred
