Kahana Management is a boutique property management & brokerage firm (through Kahana Real Estate LLC) focused on individual apartments and townhouses across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Salesperson to join our brokerage division and handle exclusive rental and sales listings generated directly from the properties we manage. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial agent who is already building their own book of business and wants access to consistent, high-quality exclusive inventory. What We Provide
Exclusive rental listings from managed properties Occasional exclusive sales opportunities from existing owner relationships Established landlord relationships and repeat business Operational support and brand credibility Long-term growth opportunity within an expanding firm Commission Structure (Agent Split)
Agent-Sourced Deals: Company-Provided Exclusives: Responsibilities
Handle company-provided exclusive listings from start to finish Respond promptly to new inquiries and leads Coordinate and conduct property showings Qualify prospects and manage negotiations Oversee applications and deal progression through closing Maintain professional communication with owners and tenants Additional Opportunity
Availability to assist with property access, showings, and on-site visits outside of active deals may be requested and compensated on a per-visit basis. Requirements
Strong responsiveness and communication skills Availability to travel throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens Access to a vehicle preferred Professional presentation and client management ability This role is designed for an agent who understands long-term value, relationship-based business, and wants access to real exclusive inventory rather than competing internally for leads.
