What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead, train, and develop the sales team while managing independent sales representatives

Cultivate relationships with key customers and target accounts to drive ongoing growth

Develop programs to enhance product growth within the customer base

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations

Meet or exceed established sales and margin goals through strategic planning and execution

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in competitive markets

Previous sales experience in the Welding, Industrial, and/or Safety industries is strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Strong executive-level communication, planning, organizational, and analytical problem‑solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing sales strategies tailored to specific customer needs

Proven ability to motivate teams and drive a strong customer service mentality

Familiarity with market dynamics and resource deployment for maximum product exposure

Ability to travel with overnight stays a minimum of 2-3 nights per week

Reside in the Eastern part of the USA, preferably near a major airport
