Founding Account Executive – AI Compliance SaaS (NYC)
I’m partnering with a fast-scaling, VC-backed AI company that’s transforming compliance across energy, renewables, construction, and infrastructure.
This is a
true full-cycle, heavy hunting role
— the biggest challenge is generating pipeline, not closing. If you love building from zero, owning your number, and speaking with senior finance and operations leaders, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle (primarily outbound)
Prospect into CFOs, VPs of Finance, Compliance leaders, and Project/Construction executives
Sell complex AI compliance software into enterprise environments
What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience
Strong hunter mentality — proven pipeline builder
Experience selling upper mid-market or enterprise
Autonomous, self-directed, and thrives in early-stage environments
Why This Role:
$4M in revenue generated with only 2 salespeople
30–50% close rates in a greenfield market
First hires will help build the entire sales org
Clear path to player‑coach or leadership as they scale
Heavy preference for NYC-based candidates.
