Job Description Job description: Duties: Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions Provide training and support to sales team members Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management Requirements: Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or related field Strong knowledge of outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies Familiarity with logistical sales or distribution industry is preferred Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets This position will have a base pay but is commission driven!
