What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve defined sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction for the Club Wyndham Sales Line
Administer sales policies and guidelines while representing the employer in a professional manner
Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance of direct reports
Lead daily sales meetings and collaborate with trainers for ongoing training
Set an example for desired behaviors and performance as a leader
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the vacation ownership profession
Previous sales management experience preferred
Strong leadership abilities and excellent coaching skills
Proficient in technology and various computer systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Track record of success selling Wyndham Destinations products
President Club winner preferred
