What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections Present solutions and close deals with confidence Generate new business through canvassing, networking, and referrals Follow up with company-provided warm leads Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience Maintain client communication from first contact to project completion Track appointments and sales progress using digital tools
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred) Strong closing skills and excellent communication Self-motivated, organized, and independent Comfortable performing rooftop inspections Tech‑savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone required High school diploma or equivalent required
