As An Account Manager, You Will
Answer a high volume of inbound calls while always maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, text, and face-to-face.
Manage customer order entries and update customer accounts.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Have knowledge of our products and services inside and out so that you can quickly answer questions and resolve issues.
Be sales‑focus: recommend products or services to current and potential customers. Provide special offers and close sales as needed.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Support other departments as necessary.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
The Successful Candidate Will Also Have
Excellent communication skills.
A warm, approachable manner.
At least two years’ experience in a customer service position in a call center environment.
At least one year of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
Experience in using MS Office software.
