As an

Account Manager , you will play a critical role in executing our Go-to-Market strategy and driving success in your assigned territory.

What you will be doing:

Make

outside, face‑to‑face sales

to an assigned set of customers within your geographic territory, strengthening Versatile’s position and market share.

Build

account development plans

for up to ten customer hierarchies to drive strategic initiatives and local opportunities.

Work under the guidance of VP Sales to implement enterprise agreements.

Demonstrate

consultative selling , collaborating with customers to assess their needs and propose solutions.

Conduct

live, in‑person demos

of Versatile’s technology with customers.

Identify

key roles on construction sites , understand their responsibilities and pain points, and secure meetings with executive‑level decision‑makers.

Collaborate with

multiple

internal departments including Product Management, Logistics, Credit, Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Success.

Represent Versatile in construction

industry trade organizations

to build relationships, expand your network, and understand local competitive offerings.

Requirements:

3+ years

in B2B sales or account management

in construction technology.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed and

structured sales processes

and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree

in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency with

CRM tools

(e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.

Ability to leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, MSFT Copilot) to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and support data-informed selling.

Understanding of construction workflows, technology adoption, and customer pain points.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.

Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
