What You’ll Do
Engage Costco members and introduce our 5-star flooring services
Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
Schedule free in-home design consultations
Represent our locally owned business at Costco roadshow events
Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
High energy and positive attitude
Strong verbal communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Sales, retail, promotions, or customer-facing experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Compensation & Schedule
Starting at $15/hour plus $150 possible bonus for every qualified lead generated
Raises available within the first 90 days based on performance
Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Primarily weekends + high-traffic retail hours
