What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other medical staff
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic implanting centers to enhance account practices
Provide technical support and consultation regarding products and therapies
Analyze sales trends and collaborate with business partners on marketing and business plans
Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures in all operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR
Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to manage personal expenses and budgets effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field
Solid knowledge of the reimbursement climate
Familiarity with operating room environments
Strong business planning and territory financial analysis skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
