The Role Love the technical side of landscaping but ready to focus on the sale? We need a sharp estimator who can talk shop with a commercial property manager one hour and walk a homeowner through a patio design the next. Your job is to take the project specs, crunch the numbers, and show the client why we’re the best team for the job. We’re looking for a "customer-first" attitude and a high attention to detail.

The Growth Path To ensure you are fully dialed into our specific build-styles and profit margins, this role will begin with a heavy focus on technical estimating and proposal generation for existing leads for the first 60-90 days. As you master our pricing systems and production rates, you will quickly transition into a Lead Sales role, taking full ownership of the client relationship from initial consultation to the signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales:

Meet with clients to understand their vision, educate them on possibilities, and close deals without being "pushy."

Own the Pipeline:

We expect you to own your pipeline. You’ll be responsible for a proactive follow-up cadence that ensures no lead goes cold and every client feels like a priority.

Precision Estimating:

Perform detailed site take-offs and calculate labor, materials, and equipment costs for full-scale installs.

Project Design Input:

Collaborate on layouts to ensure what we sell is actually buildable and beautiful.

Proactive Lead Generation:

While we provide a steady flow of inbound leads, you aren’t afraid to go find the next great client. Whether it’s networking with local builders, visiting job sites, or connecting with HOA boards, you are always looking for opportunities to grow the brand!

Who You Are

The Landscape Veteran:

You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need to know your stuff. We care about what you know, not how long you’ve been doing it. You have a background in landscape installation and can accurately estimate labor and materials for projects like a 1,000 sq. ft. paver job.

The People Person:

You’re an approachable, high-energy advocate who leads with empathy. You prioritize the team’s success and leave every client with a smile.

Detail-Obsessed:

You do not need to be micromanaged and naturally stay organized.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using estimating software, CRM tools, and know how to read a design plan. Extra points if you have experience with LMN.

The "Hunter" Mindset:

You’re a proactive closer who finds opportunity in every landscape. As a natural brand advocate, you turn potential leads into loyal clients.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of hardscape materials, drainage solutions, and local plant palettes.

Proven track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining healthy profit margins.

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

This is a hybrid work from office/wfh split position

$50,000 base + uncapped commission ($75,000 - $90,000 expected OTE)
