The Treatment Coordinator is a pivotal role to LOA Orthodontics and plays the primary role of providing a wealth of knowledge for treatment plans and payment options.

Responsibilities
Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
Solicit referrals from patients post‑treatment while tracking satisfaction with work provided.
Contact patients/guarantors the day prior or day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment.
Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults.
Present treatment plans and give estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner.
Educate and discuss the Orthodontist's treatment plan after it has been diagnosed and reviewed by the clinical staff with the patient.
Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
Promote and uphold the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job.
Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ensure patients are compliant with appointments and financial obligations, sending the appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment.
Drive results and strive to consistently achieve results and goals set forth by management.
Other duties as required.
What We Offer Monday – Friday / 35‑40 hour work week. Base compensation + commission based on production.
