Job Title Sr. Key Account Manager

Summary The Sr. Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts across the Upstate New York region, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong client partnerships to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active pipeline of potential new business, prospecting new opportunities and generating leads.

Support American Dining Creations refreshment needs if refreshment services cannot be provided in that market.

Develop and maintain sales relationships with all customers, respond to requests, and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.

Be present for any national opportunities that may arise on a joint basis (ADC/AFV).

Create and drive change for the client; maintain product knowledge.

May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience prospecting new opportunities and developing a pipeline.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently to set appointments and work closely with corporate leaders.

Maintain a valid state driver’s license.
