About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I spent 26 years with State Farm in various leadership roles across multiple departments, which gave me a deep understanding of the company and how to best serve both customers and team members.
I attended the University of Akron, where I studied Political Science. I’m also a military veteran and a big basketball fan. Discipline, teamwork, and commitment are values I carry with me from both my military and corporate experience.

Role Description As Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Eudora Graffaree‑Robinson – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
