Serve as the manager on duty and lead the salesfloor and oversee the associate team. Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment. Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it. This is a selling position. Work productively with others to achieve goals; take responsibility for their own actions and behaviors. Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old Must have at least one year of Shift Manager in retail experience Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder Scheduling Requirements
Up to 40 hours per week Up to 8-hour shifts Flexibility for Day/Evening/Night shifts Sunday-Saturday shifts Some holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day) Benefits
