bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager
to support our growing neurodiagnostic services team.
Responsibilities
Serve as point of contact for assigned accounts
Communicate with law firms, medical offices, and clients
Coordinate scheduling and case logistics
Track case progress and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and professional
Experience in medical, legal, or client services preferred
