Overview Are you an experienced Field Sales Trainer familiar with a wide variety of training methods and comfortable with conducting engaging training workshops, seminars, and on the floor training in a tele sales environment? Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States. As a Trainer, you will show, teach, and coach on all operational and training activities in a classroom setting. This includes partnership with leadership and the Store Support Center. You will deliver standardized trainings that reflect the organization's goals inside of Victra. You will also help develop training initiatives aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals.

Lead, develop, and motivate our employees throughout the organization to foster an environment of learning and development

Manage the internal delivery of programs and support materials, ensuring that training programs address business objectives and employee needs for both new hire and ongoing performance enhancement training

As the Field Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for showing new hires the sales process steps by displaying and role-practicing various soft and hard closing skills that will increase results.

Collaborate with sales managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and sales targets.

Your sales training directly translates into improved sales performance and results in hitting goals. As your class becomes more knowledgeable and skilled, their effectiveness in closing sales and generating revenue increases.

Assess and advise management on the effectiveness of programs and practices

Participate in project task forces to identify training needs and ensure the effective implementation, communication, and maintenance of programs

Other job-related duties as assigned

What we are looking for Role

Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.

2-4 years of work experience in a learning and development, preferably with a training background in a classroom setting.

Experience writing and supporting training curriculum

Demonstrable analytical, problem solving, and time management skills

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)

3-5 years retail sales experience, leadership preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift ten pounds.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Salary Range: $45,874 - $60,376
