We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and support our growth objectives. This role will work closely with executive leadership and field teams to execute sales, drive revenue, manage key accounts, and deliver strong customer experience. Ideal candidates have a solid background in sales, and business development, preferably in construction, restoration, or related industries and are passionate about building relationships, hitting targets, and contributing to company success. There is some light work on the marketing side but with an emphasis on sales first.
Here’s the work you get to do: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in Florida and beyond. Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customer segments. Collaborate with the purchasing team to support competitive pricing strategies that help win more business. Lead day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Oversee marketing initiatives such as lead generation, campaigns, brand promotion, and digital/online efforts to build the sales pipeline. Build and coach and grow high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a winning culture. Track sales performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, ROI), and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine tactics and improve results. Ensure strong coordination between sales, marketing, and field operations for seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, property managers, engineers, attorneys, and other industry partners.
Support business development efforts by attending events, networking, and exploring expansion opportunities.

Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative, confidence, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented approach. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, construction management, or a related field. Commercial and/or Residential restoration or exterior building envelope experience is a plus.
