
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities. Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Effectively promote and sell our products to customers Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Responsibilities
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings relevant for the role and future development Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support with garment presentation, execution and maintaining attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Maintain in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Support with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities Qualifications
