Job Description A Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by developing turnkey parks and playgrounds to cities, schools, parks, childcare centers, and neighborhoods. A Sales Representative is also responsible for developing the assigned territory through prospecting, building relationships and rapport, and providing sales support and project management. Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge regarding various products, vendors, and services Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Negotiate prices and terms Site evaluation, layout and design assistance, and space planning Project management Customer Service Discipline in utilizing CRM to keep management informed of activities and pipeline Complete all other tasks assigned by supervisor. Required Skills A Sales Representative must show demonstrated success in outside sales or business development. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work remotely and without extensive oversight. Highly organized and dependable. Possess creativity and problem-solving skills. Proficient in office productivity (MS Office) and CRM applications. Education and Training The Sales Representative should possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent, or 2+ years of high level sales experience, or a combination of both education and experience. Travel Requirements This position does require regular travel in the assigned territory. Compensation Compensation for this position varies based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is designed with growth in mind; after approximately 1–2 years, the Sales Representative is expected to transition to a full commission-based compensation structure, reflecting performance, territory development, and long-term earning potential.
