Job Description WE'RE HIRING! Join The Used Car Factory Sales Team! Are you driven, energetic, and ready to earn BIG? We’re seeking a motivated salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Compensation +$3,000 a month MINIMUM!!! expect to make between 6-14k a month.
+Daily cash spiffs.
+Salary + Big Commission.
Weekly cash bonuses

Responsibilities
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them through the buying process
Maintain knowledge of our inventory and market activity
Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred — but willing to train the right person
Strong communication and people skills
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
Highly motivated and goal-driven
Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
