We’re looking for a driven
Account Executive
to accelerate new business growth across the North American market. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close — all while building lasting relationships with enterprise and mid-market decision-makers. What You’ll Do
Own the complete sales process from outbound prospecting to contract close Generate and manage pipeline through cold outreach (100+ calls/week), referrals, networking, and follow-ups Lead discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and buying criteria Deliver compelling, tailored product demos and presentations Confidently manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot or similar) Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer needs What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred) Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity Familiarity with modern software terminology and CRM systems Bonus: Background in chemical or petroleum engineering, or experience in O&G, industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors Why This Role?
