ABOUT THE POSITION The Account Executive reports to the President, MarpaiRx and is responsible for developing overall strategies to ensure client retention, growth, and satisfaction. The Account Executive will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment, collaborating with other departments and business partners and requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible with regards to our customers and clients. In this role, the Account Executive is also expected to travel for client meetings as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide account management services and consulting to a book of business of Marpai clients.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers and business partners while ensuring satisfaction with Marpai services, monitoring and maintaining service level expectations, and perpetuating a best‑in‑class reputation.
Develop and maintain annual Client Strategy Plans.
Deliver and present client utilization and other data reporting.
Communicate essential information, updates, critical processes and integrations in an articulate and highly professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
Obtain signatures for critical legal, compliance, contractual or other documents required.
Serve as key point of contact for client and broker through implementation and renewal.
Manage and maintain information within the CRM platform.
Proactively engage client/broker in discussion involving new products and services.
Provide refresher training for client/broker on our client/member portals.
Provide interpretation and recommendations related to reports that Marpai provides to customers on an ongoing basis.
Attend open enrollment, health fair, on‑site client/broker meetings as needed.
Effectively renew their book of business.
Work with customer service teams to resolve VIP and other escalated service issues.
Remain current on trends and industry knowledge, establishing self as subject‑matter expert.
Be technically savvy, proficient in all MS Office products, preferably with advanced Excel skills.
Other duties as required.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Successfully manage and renew a book of business by delivering strategic, consultative account management and best‑in‑class client service.
High client satisfaction, strong renewal rates, on‑time delivery of strategy plans and reporting, and effective management of client relationships.
Retained and expanded revenue, successful renewals, increased product adoption, and minimized escalations.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration, accurate and timely CRM updates, proactive communication, and contribution to team best practices.
WHAT DO YOU NEED
Minimum 5 years of account management experience with results in the TPA or benefits industry.
Four‑year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience accepted.
Active State Health agent license ideal.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively and accurately execute duties.
Exceptional customer service and relationship skills to ensure timely response, effective resolution and build consensus.
Thorough understanding of stop‑loss contracts and renewal process.
Dedicated follow‑up skills leading to timely and effective completion of duties and resolution of tasks.
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail enabling efficient, effective and comprehensive solutions/resolutions.
Flexibility in work schedule to meet demands of clients and colleagues while consistently meeting deadlines.
Broad knowledge and understanding of broker and consultant channels and competitive market, leading to success in those related channels.
Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
