Role Overview Sales Representative – This is a field-based territory role covering Seattle. You will take ownership of developing and growing your territory, supporting cases in the operating room, and building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing an established Foot & Ankle territory
Supporting surgical cases across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centres
Building and maintaining strong surgeon relationships
Driving revenue growth through new account development and account penetration
Managing inventory, instrumentation, and case logistics
Working closely with leadership to execute territory strategy
Ideal Profile
Already in medical device sales or has strong B2B sales experience
Comfortable in the OR and fast-paced clinical environments
Highly driven, competitive, and performance-oriented
Looking to build a long-term career within orthopaedics
Organised, resilient, and accountable for territory growth
Package
Commission-only structure
Income guarantees in place
Realistic earnings potential of $150,000 – $400,000+ based on performance and territory growth
