Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and family members through phone calls, digital communication, and walk-ins. Conduct tours and presentations, showcasing the community’s features, amenities, and care options. Build rapport and establish trust with seniors and their families, understanding their needs and concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, and sales activities using CRM software. Develop and execute follow-up plans to nurture leads and effectively move them through the sales process. Achieve and exceed established occupancy and sales goals. Collaborate with community staff to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition experience for new residents. Participate in and support community outreach events, open houses, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare or hospitality. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Empathy, compassion, and patience when working with seniors and their families. Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
