We are seeking a dynamic

Account Manager

to lead and grow our presence in the

Eagle Ford

region. In this critical role, you will support customer service needs related to spare parts and services for mud pumps while promoting the full suite of products and services offered by

Drilling Equipment & Support . This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in one of the most active oil & gas regions in the country.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day sales and service operations, including oversight of departmental sales performance, assets, budgets, and expenses.

Deliver weekly KPI forecasting, budget tracking, and generate accurate, competitive quotes.

Develop and implement processes aligned with company policies to achieve departmental goals.

Conduct market analysis and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market share.

Maintain strong partnerships with sales, service, and marketing teams to align short- and long-term goals.

Build lasting relationships with customers by proactively ensuring aftermarket performance exceeds expectations.

Promote all Premium products and services across internal groups and customer accounts.

Champion Safety and Quality standards, serving as a role model and leader.

Travel as needed within the Eagle Ford and occasionally beyond.

Be available to support coordination efforts after hours when necessary.

Contribute to a winning team culture and support additional initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business or related field — or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, and/or Management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to build relationships at all levels — internally and externally.

Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in both high-pressure and steady environments.

Physical & Work Requirements

Regular standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.

Extended periods of sitting and computer work.

Occasional light lifting of materials and supplies.

Domestic and international travel may be required, sometimes with short notice.
