Join our team.**Your role at Clorox:**This position leads the development and deployment of end-to-end B.U. supply chain strategy, driving implementation through projects & initiatives which enable execution excellence and deliver on business strategy & financial objectives.**In this role, you will:*** **Supply Chain Strategy**: Lead the ongoing development and deployment of B.U. supply chain strategy to deliver on business requirements for competitiveness, growth, innovation, and cost savings through supply chains that provide the optimal balance of responsiveness, agility, resilience, cost, and sustainability* **Strategic Supply Chain Development**:
Lead strategic projects & initiatives to implement supply chain strategy and proactively drive step-change improvements in supply performance and cost.* **Innovation Supply Chain Development**:
Represent end-to-end Supply Chain in Block/Neighborhood leadership teams and/or Discovery/pre-charter to (1) drive integration of supply & innovation strategies and enrich MTI ideation with supply insights and (2) develop supply options and plans for charter, synthesizing inputs from Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics.* **Margin Transformation**: Manage the B.U. cost savings program/pipeline and lead strategic cost savings initiatives and projects.* **External Perspective**: Sense and explore external supply chain benchmarks, capabilities, trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence for incorporation into supply chain strategy and development initiatives.**What we look for:*** 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline (including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success* Must have demonstrated experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, MBA is highly preferred* Able to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve supply chain performance and capabilities.* Collaborate and influence others ranging from subordinates, to peers or senior executives to accomplish team objectives.* Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from complex data and information* Ability to simplify and communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms to all stakeholders* Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts to supply chain choices and risks* Flexibility manifesting in ability to manage and prioritize planned and unplanned work* Drive and commitment to deliver complex projects and initiatives on time, on budget, and with solutions that meet and exceed business requirements* Deep knowledge of end-to-end business and supply chain interdependencies* Curiosity that manifests in ongoing development and learning about external environment* Lead with excellence by consistently demonstrating attributes from the Clorox leadership model and values**Workplace type:**Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH**Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
