What you’ll be doing:
Strategic & Design Leadership
Drive conversation design strategy for AI and automated experiences.
Define and evolve voice, tone, and personality guidelines aligned with T-Mobile’s brand.
Leverage research, analytics, and usability insights to optimize conversational journeys.
Create scalable frameworks and reusable patterns across platforms.
Design Execution & Quality
Design dialogue flows, scripts, and interaction models for chatbots and virtual assistants.
Ensure clarity, inclusivity, accessibility, and customer‑first language standards.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Research, and Engineering teams.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Lead cross‑functional workshops to align on user needs and business goals.
Mentor and guide other conversation designers and cross‑functional partners.
Advocate for best practices in AI‑driven and conversational experiences.
Research & Optimization
Participate in qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
Analyze conversational output and performance metrics to continuously improve experiences.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating AI conversation or UX content design.
Deep understanding of human‑centered design principles.
Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Research.
Experience designing for GenAI, LLMs, or AI‑driven systems.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversation modeling, preferred.
Leadership experience, mentoring or coaching designers, preferred.
