Salary Range: 120,000 to 150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of the annual operating plan for the full P&L in direct alignment with the Company's goals.

Assist in the development and preparation of the annual budget, KPI Goals, evaluate weekly performance, and recommend adjustments.

Execute established safety and security programs.

Maintain compliance with all Federal, State and local guidelines, h ost local, state and federal inspections.

Confer with Branch Managers and Regional VP and respond to customer or vendor questions or complaints to resolve issues regarding distribution services.

Work with the sales team to align product and service offerings with customer expectations.

Mentor, guide and develop team members, c onduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals and design of training and career development plans.

Ensure that progressive coaching and counseling concepts are conducted according to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in operations or warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large teams or multiple sites.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent experience

Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Expertise in WMS and ERP systems, proficiency in data analysis, and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools) are essential.

Experience with Process Improvements or Six Sigma Certification is a big plus
