Define and lead the long-term Ocean Mist Farms brand vision and multi-year marketing and innovation roadmaps, grounded in consumer, customer, and market insights Serve as ultimate brand steward, elevating voice, visual identity, packaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints Set enterprise marketing strategy and annual priorities, aligning investment, resources, and execution to growth objectives Lead integrated demand-generation campaigns that build trust, accelerate trial, and strengthen loyalty Define, track, and govern executive-level KPIs to measure brand health, revenue growth, and return on marketing investment, ensuring measurable ROI and impact Own the consumer insights agenda, translating data, trends, and behavior into decisive growth and innovation strategies Build emotionally resonant consumer experiences across digital, social, content, influencer, PR, and experiential channels Elevate Ocean Mist Farms’ external voice through proactive media engagement and through leadership Set standards for SEO-driven content, inbound practices, and digital optimization Lead crisis communications strategy to protect brand trust and credibility Develop and scale consumer-led innovation platforms in partnership with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Operations Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify and activate white-space opportunities aligned with convenience, health, sustainability, and culinary inspiration Own go-to-market strategy for new products, including positioning, messaging, packaging, pricing guidance, and launch excellence Ensure packaging and shelf execution maximize consumer clarity, impact, and compliance Partner closely with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Operations to align growth strategies with commercial execution Establish best-in-class category management practices to drive growth with existing and new Retail customers Translate consumer demand into retail and foodservice growth through compelling trade and shopper marketing strategies Ensure marketing investments drive revenue, margin, and long-term brand equity Provide executive oversight of trade shows, customer programs, and industry presence Build, lead, and continuously evolve a modern, consumer-obsessed marketing organization with capabilities aligned to emerging trends, channels, and technologies Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within consumer brands; fresh food or CPG strongly preferred Proven ability to build, modernize, and scale trusted consumer brands Demonstrated success launching consumer-led innovation and convenience platforms Strong executive presence with the ability to influence strategy at the C-suite and board level Deep expertise in consumer marketing, brand storytelling, and demand creation Data-driven, financially disciplined, and growth-oriented mindset
