We are looking for a passionate individual who is ready to join a dynamic team and grow with us at this elite sports performance facility in the Louisville area.
Athletic Republic is the leader in sports performance training. The company began in Fargo 35 years ago as Acceleration Training and has since grown into a worldwide brand that has trained nearly 2 million athletes ... from pew wee to pro.
This will be a full‑time position approximately 40-45 hours per week. Candidate must have availability Monday‑Friday afternoons and evenings, and also available 2-3 Saturdays a month.
Responsibilities
Implementing, overseeing, and collaborating with lead trainers over AR proprietary training protocols providing an excellent raining environment for all clients.
Constructing and executing on and off‑site camps, summer programming, and sport specific team performance training.
Tracking client development through testing/assessments utilizing Tully software and creating client report cards.
Mentoring and developing trainers.
Develop and implement intern program.
Training employees in AR Baseline and CRM software.
Scheduling classes and ensuring program staffing coverage.
Supervising cleaning and maintenance of training equipment.
Reporting equipment repair or replacement needs to the GM.
Collaboration with AR Louisville team for content creation and social media postings.
Supporting parent relations and assisting trainers with challenging client situations.
Creating an experience that will drive athlete retention rate and referrals.
Qualifications It is expected that the DSP will have a degree, background, and experience in running mechanics, exercise science, kinesiology, and coaching/training athletes of all ages in a group session. Also, certifications such as CSCS, functional movements, and others for training athletes will be highly regarded. We expect the candidate to already have 4 years of sports performance training experience. The DSP will be required to work through all levels of certification which Athletic Republic HQ provides.
4 years of Sports Performance Coaching experience with youth athletes
CSCS certification
Exercise Science and/or Kinesiology degree
Flexible schedule needing afternoons and evenings availability
