Position Overview This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely or in person. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, enabling you to build your business around your goals and availability.

In this role, you will connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward personalized insurance and retirement solutions across many different carriers. Success comes from building trust, providing value, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with prospective clients

Present tailored protection and retirement strategies

Participate in training and professional development

Maintain strong product knowledge and industry awareness

Compensation and Advancement

Performance Bonuses:

Bonuses are paid on the 15th when production goals are reached.

Contract Level Increases:

Compensation/contract levels increase as performance benchmarks are achieved.

Residual Income:

You build a book of business that can generate ongoing renewal income over time.

Income growth and advancement are based entirely on performance metrics.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with effective time management

Ability to participate in training and development sessions

Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Life and Annuity license in your resident state or willingness to obtain one

Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States

Experience in insurance or financial services is welcomed, and comprehensive training is provided for individuals who are driven to succeed.
