
LHH is seeking a data‑driven Sales Analytics Specialist to drive revenue growth through analytics, forecasting, systems optimization, and strategic planning. This role plays a key part in enabling sales performance and aligning cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the VP of Sales on performance analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and sales planning
Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track trends and performance
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
Identify pipeline risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Product, and Customer Service
Track target accounts, cross‑sell effectiveness, and product sales plans
Support new product commercialization and sales readiness
Own and optimize IQMS for the sales organization
Prepare executive‑level insights tied to KPIs and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Enablement
Manufacturing or industrial experience
Strong CRM, Excel, Microsoft 365, and reporting skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
Bonus Offered
