Your Mission as a Customer Relationship Manager As our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador, you’ll build lasting relationships with dealers, drive sales growth, and bring the Davidson’s experience to life across the Midwest region. You’ll be the face of our brand—energizing, educating, and empowering our customers every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Champion the Davidson’s brand and product lines to current and prospective customers
Promote our exclusive GuaranteeD® Program and GalleryofGuns.com
Collaborate with our sales leadership to meet and exceed territory goals
Develop deep knowledge of your dealer base and identify new growth opportunities
Travel extensively throughout the region, with an average of 2-3 nights per week on the road

Requirements
A passion for shooting, hunting, and the outdoors
Experience in outside sales
Residency within the Wichita‑metro area
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Applicants must be over age 21 and able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug testing
