Junior Personal Lines Account Manager The primary function of this role is to support Senior Account Managers and Producers in servicing and retaining a book of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring excellent customer service and policy accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, including home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products.

Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business applications.

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare quotes and proposals using carrier systems and comparative raters.

Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system (e.g., Applied Epic).

Follow up with clients and carriers to ensure timely processing of documents and payments.

Support Senior Account Managers with administrative tasks and client communications.

Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and industry trends.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree a plus

Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license required

1-2 years of experience in insurance or customer service preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
