Now Hiring: Service & Sales Representative (Route-Based) – Denver, CO
Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Denver team.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing, route‑based role supporting restaurants, kitchens, and commercial facilities. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do After paid training, you’ll manage a set customer route using a company vehicle. Your day includes:
Visiting customers face-to-face and professionally representing Auto-Chlor
Restocking chemical products and supplies
Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us
Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided)
Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Working in back‑of‑house kitchen environments that require bending, lifting, and physical activity

What You’ll Get
Anticipated annual earnings: 65,000 – 75,000 ($24/hour + guaranteed overtime + on-call pay)
45-50 hrs. guaranteed + overtime
Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
On-call rotation approximately once per month during the workweek and once every six weeks for weekend coverage.

Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have held a license for at least 3 years.
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
