What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Acquire new clients through prospecting and developing leads via cold calling and referrals

Understand customer objectives and prepare tailored plans to meet their educational needs

Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts through regular communication

Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and maintain ownership of solutions

Collaborate across departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure smooth client transitions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of related professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience working in K-12 school districts or school administration

Knowledge of the K-12 education industry and education technology

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and clear a required background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas

Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management application (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot)

Advanced Excel skills for reporting purposes

Passion for education and demonstrated resilience in a results-oriented atmosphere
